OVERVIEW
Complex and time sensitive bridging facilities to assist with the purchases of 2 shopping centres and a refinance of another. In order to meet the customer’s high leverage needs we worked alongside a mezzanine funder and provided 81% LTPP on the acquisitions.

Terms and Timelines: Working closely with all stakeholders, including a mezzanine lender we were able to execute these transactions within a 14-day timeframe to meet tight deadlines.
