Darren is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years of experience in UK and international property working within FTSE100, overseas listed and SME businesses. His background covers retail, student accommodation, residential development, property asset and investment management. Darren has worked in senior finance roles operating at Board level. His skill set covers technical financial accounting, systems transition projects, management reporting, and business partnering with senior financial and non-financial stakeholders. Externally, Darren has worked closely with statutory authorities, financiers and joint venture partners to ensure strong corporate governance frameworks whilst adding value though insightful reporting, revenue generation and cost control initiatives.
