My first month is going great. I have been exposed to the different moving parts in the business whilst maintaining a focus on getting up to speed with the current deals that the credit team has got live and is looking to do due diligence on. I am mostly focusing on underwriting loans in the UK market.
The people at the company have been very welcoming. There is very jovial culture at the office, everyone works hard and a light-hearted environment makes it quite stimulating.
Dan:
My first few weeks have been really enjoyable. From meeting all of my new colleagues, to having my own desk! I have especially enjoyed meeting the Novellus Finance Ireland team and look forward to seeing them again soon.
I have been working mainly within the data team, helping them with the ongoing data migration project, helping to implement a larger CRM, something which will be fundamental to the growth of Novellus in the coming years. My analytical mind will allow me to thrive in the data team, embracing any task I am given with enthusiasm. I’m excited about the future, eager to learn more about Novellus, and see what new opportunities it brings.
Emma:
I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few weeks at Novellus. The team has been incredibly supportive as we’ve settled in, and it was a pleasure to meet our colleagues from the Dublin office during their recent visit. My current focus has been on underwriting UK loans, but going forward I will also have the opportunity to work across other departments. This exposure will give me a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of the business operate.
